Will Liposuction Give Me A Six Pack?

Getting a six pack typically takes hours in the gym and healthy eating, but if you don’t get the results you want after doing all that, liposuction can help.  Liposuction contours the body by reducing areas of stubborn fat.

Will liposuction give me a six pack?

Yes, a six pack is possible with high definition liposuction.  High definition liposuction is a minimally invasive technique that can shape and define the abs, and give the appearance of a six pack.   The procedure involves removing fat from the abdomen, so as to emphasize the natural abdominal lines.

How high definition liposuction works

The VASER system is one of the most advanced options available for high definition liposuction.  VASER is an ultrasound assisted technology that precisely breaks down fat cells, in order to sculpt the body.  It is typically used on the abs, upper arms, flanks, and back.

VASER is performed as an outpatient procedure.  Local anesthesia is first used to numb the treatment area, and then the tiny VASER probe is inserted.  The probe emits ultrasound energy that breaks up the fatty tissue, which is then removed using a suction process. VASER treats both deep and superficial fat, resulting in smooth contours.

What to expect after high definition liposuction?

Recovery after high definition liposuction takes approximately 4-7 days.  However, patients are usually required to wear a compression garment for at least 6 weeks (learn more).

Are you a good candidate for high definition liposuction?

If you eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly, but have stubborn areas of fat that prevent you from achieving the abdominal definition you desire, you may be a good candidate for high definition liposuction.
